Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were great, spacious, and well-equipped, although a bit noisy at times and struggled with cooling both the bedroom and bathroom. The Creole Breakfast served in the breakfast room was a nice touch.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The rooms on the 2nd floor were great, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. However, on the 3rd floor, where I stayed, the rooms were slightly cramped and very hot, with terrible water pressure in the bathroom. The service was friendly, funny, and full of joy, except during check-in and check-out. On the bright side, the location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat from the French Quarter, yet still within walking distance of popular attractions. The dining experience was very good, with some marvelous dishes, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has its charms with friendly staff and a great location near Bourbon Street and other historic sites. However, the rooms and some facilities could use improvements, but the breakfast experience stands out as one of the best I've had.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were like a plane taking off, in need of updating, making it impossible to get good rest, but the location was great for exploring all major districts of New Orleans. The service was succeeded but had room for improvement in some areas like breakfast service. Prices seemed fair for the value provided.
